When you contact us, join the Bobbins Club, or make a booking, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number and message) so we can respond to you, manage your booking, and, if you’ve asked, send you updates.

Online bookings and payments are handled by our booking provider (Setmore) and its payment partners. Card details are never stored on this website.

We don’t sell or share your personal information. You can ask us to update or delete your details, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing hello@charlottebobbins.com.
