Testimonials
Heartfelt praise
Words from families we’ve supported along their parenting journey.
“I can’t recommend Charlotte enough. She is warm, patient, and incredibly experienced in early childhood care. She genuinely cares about each child and always creates a safe, loving, and engaging environment.”
“We absolutely loved Charlotte’s classes! … She makes learning fun, relaxed and engaging … I’ve also noticed that my son became more encouraged to speak Cantonese at home after attending the classes. … Charlotte really does live up to her “Charlotte Bobbins” name — just like Mary Poppins, she brings a lot of fun, warmth and positivity into her classes!”
“We had such a lovely experience at Charlotte’s bilingual music and play class! Our 2-year-old loved the hands-on and sensory activities, especially the parachute, tambourine, shakers and blocks. … Charlotte created such a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment where he could explore, participate and simply be himself.”
“My daughter Evelyn (4 years old) and her friends absolutely love Charlotte Bobbins’s music classes! I was amazed at how Charlotte managed to keep the kids engaged sitting, listening, paying full attention, and actively participating while making it such a fun and memorable experience.”
“Charlotte has been an amazing nanny for our one-year-old baby girl Ariana. From the very start, she made sure that Ariana had a smooth transition as she was very attached to her parents. It was great seeing Ariana smile and happy after spending a day with Charlotte!”
“Charlotte has been a god send. My middle child, daughter, has developmental delays and is neuro-divergent… I firmly believe that Charlotte has been one of the most influential professionals in my daughter’s support network. She has also introduced auslan and music.”
“I used to feel lost trying to play with my baby. Charlotte’s music group gave me simple songs and tools that now fill our daily routine. I feel more connected and confident as a mum.”
“Charlotte isn’t afraid to tell the truth, and that’s exactly what we needed. I didn’t need fluff — I needed someone who would tell us what was going on, what our child was really trying to say through the meltdowns, and how to respond with calm and confidence. Her support changed our home dynamic completely.”
